Best Friends part 4 - completeI avoided her for the rest of the week, too mad at myself to go anywhere near her. Once I had calmed down, I realized what I had said. I had said that I loved her, which was true, but those were hardly the circumstances I had first wanted her to hear it from. Idiot. We had had fights before, when I would eventually blow up after saying nothing for ages, and we always got over them. But this was different. Best Friends part 3We drove for a while before coming to the local donut shop. It was a favorite haunt of ours especially since it was open 24/7. We had tested it out many times; we even made a point once of trying to visit every half hour of the day and night to see. It took us a month, but we did it.Best Friends part 3
